TUSK x ShiftCam Unveils CINEMA Series for Mobile Filmmakers

TUSK, in collaboration with ShiftCam, has announced the CINEMA // Series, a groundbreaking mobile lens and filter system designed to bring Hollywood-grade cinematography to iPhone users. Launching exclusively on Kickstarter, this compact yet professional system is the world’s first commercial-grade mobile filmmaking kit, giving filmmakers, content creators, and journalists access to high-end visuals without bulky equipment.

With seven professional lenses and eight cinematic filters, the CINEMA // Series is built for portability, optical precision, and creative flexibility. It includes a Quick-Mount system for effortless lens swapping and a magnetic filter adapter for seamless filter changes. The lenses, crafted from fluorite crystal optics with multi-layer coatings, promise exceptional clarity, color accuracy, and reduced distortion. The system is designed for use with Netflix-approved devices such as the iPhone 15 Pro Max and iPhone 16 Pro Max, reinforcing its professional filmmaking capabilities.

The lens selection covers a wide range of shooting styles, from a 60mm telephoto for subject isolation to a 15mm anamorphic lens for immersive widescreen visuals. The 8mm fisheye offers extreme wide-angle perspectives, while macro options allow for detailed close-ups. The system’s eight magnetic cinema-grade filters, including variable ND and black mist filters, provide precise control over exposure and cinematic effects.

Made from aerospace-grade recycled aluminum, the CINEMA // Series balances durability with a lightweight design—ten times smaller than traditional cinema lenses. Its portability enables filmmakers to capture intimate, handheld shots in fast-paced environments, making it ideal for documentaries, travel films, music videos, and live-streamed content.

The CINEMA // Series will be available exclusively on Kickstarter, with a full package priced at $1,949. More details and early-bird offers will be revealed when the campaign launches.
